User Agreement

The website nlcheats.ru is an online resource that provides auxiliary applications for computer games, a personal User Profile, a platform for User communication, and other sections. An auxiliary application (hereinafter referred to as the Auxiliary Application or Product) is software designed to run on a computer that gives the User an advantage over other players of a computer game for which the application was developed, through various auxiliary functions that affect the gameplay. Use of the Website or the Auxiliary Application is only permitted under the terms outlined in this User Agreement and License Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately stop using the Website and the Auxiliary Application. By using the Website or the Auxiliary Application, you agree to the terms of this License and User Agreement.

Terms and Definitions

The website An online resource located at https://nlcheats.ru/Depending on the context, the Website also refers to the Website's software, design (graphic layout) of the Website, the Website's database, any of its sections and subsections, as well as the information posted on the Website by the Website Administration.

Website Administration — the entity that holds all relevant exclusive property rights to the Website or Auxiliary Applications, including rights to the Website's domain name, and is responsible for its administration.

User User — an individual who has purchased the NL Cheats Product and completed the registration process, receiving a unique login and password, and has their own Profile. For the purposes of the User Agreement, the term User also refers to an individual who has not purchased the Product but accesses the Website or Auxiliary Application and/or uses or has used it. Any individual accessing the Website or Auxiliary Application automatically confirms that they fully agree with the terms of the User and License Agreements, and that the requirements set forth in these agreements apply to them.

User Profile or Profile — a special section of the Website where the User's personal information is stored, as well as other information that can only be uploaded by the User themselves.

Information — any information, messages, or data regardless of their format, posted by the User on the Website, including but not limited to: personal data of Users, links to other websites, any text messages, photographs (images), audio and/or video works, computer programs, and other files.

Database — an objective form of providing and organizing aggregated data, systematically arranged so that this data can be found and processed using the software, hardware, and technical resources of the Website or Auxiliary Application.

Spam — mass, unauthorized and/or unsolicited mailings and other communications of a promotional, informational, propagandistic, or other nature, sent to recipients without their consent or expectation.
Any terms and concepts used in the Agreement that are not reflected in the "Terms and Definitions" section will be interpreted according to the meaning derived from the text of the User or License Agreement. In the event of any disagreements regarding the interpretation of a term and/or concept used in the User or License Agreement, the interpretation determined by the Administration will apply.

2. General Provisions

These User and License Agreements (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement or Agreements) establish the rules and conditions for using the Website or Auxiliary Application. Accessing the Website or Auxiliary Application, using the Website or Auxiliary Application, and/or performing any other actions on the Website or in the Auxiliary Application by the User means that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. User registration on the Website is only possible upon the User's confirmation of acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified by the Administration at any time without any special notification. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect upon its publication on the Website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Agreement.

3. Personal Data

The User voluntarily provides their data and agrees to its processing by the Administration.

The information about the User, located in their Profile, contains (or may contain) their personal data. The Website Administration, when processing the personal data of Users, undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect them from unauthorized access in a manner not provided for by the Website or Auxiliary Application. However, it is possible that, due to a failure in the operation of the Website or Auxiliary Application, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances, personal data of Users may become accessible to other parties. The User understands this and agrees not to make any claims against the Administration in this regard, considering that they make their personal data publicly available. By providing their personal data on the Website, the User unconditionally agrees to the following:

  • to the processing of personal data by the Administration;
  • with other actions of the Administration regarding such data in connection with the operation of the Website or Auxiliary Application.

By providing their personal data on the Website, the User confirms that they do so voluntarily and that they voluntarily provide this information to the Administration for processing. The Administration processes only those personal data of the User that have been posted by them on the Website or processed by the Auxiliary Application. The purpose of processing personal data is to create a User database. Personal data is processed using software, hardware, and technical resources. The personal data of the User is processed by the Administration for as long as it is posted on the Website or in the Auxiliary Application. If the personal data posted on the Website or the User’s Profile is deleted, the Administration will stop processing it. However, the Administration has the right to retain an archived copy of the User’s data indefinitely. The processing of the User’s personal data by the Administration is carried out for the purpose of the Website/Auxiliary Application's operation, and such processing in itself cannot lead to any negative consequences for the User. However, the Administration is not responsible for the use of the personal data of Users by other parties. The User undertakes not to post the personal data of others on the Website, and not to use the personal data of other Users in any manner that does not comply with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation, for illegal or unlawful purposes, for profit-making, or for any purposes that do not align with the objectives of the Website or Auxiliary Application.

4. License Agreement

  • The User does not have the right to modify or distribute the NLCheats Product.
  • The use of the software may be terminated at any time.
  • In case of detection or ban, no refund is provided.
  • Binding to specific hardware is mandatory; changing hardware requires a new purchase.
  • Using a VPN may result in automatic blocking.
  • The transfer of account credentials to third parties is prohibited.

5. Liability

The User is responsible for the use of the Auxiliary Application and any possible consequences.

All rights to modify and distribute the Product belong to NL Cheats.

    • 1. Any functions, as well as the entire software, may stop working at any time.
    • 2. In case of detection, NO REFUND!
    • 3. In case of a ban, NO REFUND!
    • 4. We do not issue refunds if the system specifications do not match our description.
    • 5. We do not issue refunds or provide exchanges if you purchased the wrong product.
    • 6. We do not issue refunds if you purchased the program, and it has suspended its operation for a certain or indefinite period for any reason.
    • 7. Compensation may only be provided when we deem it necessary.
    • 8. In case of issues, we assist customers through remote access. If you refuse to provide us with remote access, we do not issue a refund.

6. Changes to the Agreement

The Administration reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement without prior notice.
